btech fee is too much. but i am not able to pay thats fee and i want to do btech .which university is better fo me? my 12 percentage is 85.8.

hello aspirant,
you can give exams like JEE and get admission in some of the top colleges all over india. you can then apply for installment in fees and pay the fees installment vise.
for states like UTTAR PRADESH , there's state level entrance exam called as AKTU, which can give you scholarship as well and you can take admission in the college in the FEE WAVIER quota, where you don't have to pay the whole fees,
to get such a quota, yo have to work hard and earn it.
