For doing any bachelor's degree in technology the first of all you should prefer IIT there after you can look for NIT after it best government college and then private colleges
For getting admission in IIT you have to clear entrance exam of JEE(MAINS) & JEE( ADVANCE) on basis of the marks you get your college will be allotted
