If you read the admission prospectus of Jamia for 2018, you will see a section on University Placements. Anyways, here it is:

• More than 100 Companies approached for final and summer placements and raised 376 offers to the students of Faculty of Engg, management and Computer science department.
• Among the companies approached for campus placement are Adobe India, L&T, Siemens, TCS, TCIL, HSBC, Jabong, Mahindra & Mahindra, ABB Limited, Amazon, Samsung R&D, ABB limited.
• The maximum package offered is 21 Lacs per annum
