Yaah surely seats are available. There are a lot of B.Tech seats for the admission of UG students via various examinations like JEE , SRM , VIT , COMEDK etc. It depends upon you through what domain you are looking for and the branches will be alloted based upon your marks scored in the respective entrance examination.

It would be nice if you could tell me for which particular exam you want to know the total number of seats that are available for admission in the colleges.
