but how i can i fill late fill form of fee 500 because there is no link given to fill from the government so please tell me

Actually you have not mention about with examination   yoor collegeu are talking about to pay the fee of rupees 500 after the form fillup. Basically after the form fill up after filling all the details like name all of your qualifications and all, generally you can get option either in your profile or on the screen just after filling all basic details. Some colleges also don't need any e feel during form fill up they basically charges when the time of admission appears.however you can mention near about which course or examination you are talking about then I can help you better.
