but i fail in 2 subjects .i put revalution for that subjects results.the results will come around in august..will i eligible for counselling

hi i have a 2 blacklogs in degree ..and i got tsicet 39004 ..but i kept recoorection for the failed exams the results will appear in the month of august..so if can eligible for counselling are not
