But i send them normal mail on them email id. that I losed my question paper but my set code is (C)

Have you reached out to the helpdesk team. There is no issue you can again reply back to the mail informing them that you lost question paper and mention the code as well as C. There will be helpline no.s as well so you would need to reach out to them.
