Good Luck Himani! :D
Hello Himani,as i can see your education level 10 or below, the best opportunity available infront of you to get into INDIAN ARMED FORCES is by choosing Maths, phyics, chemistry as your main subject in your +2 and prepare for NDA exam and write it.
NDA exam is conducted by UPSC Twice every year and exam syllabus includes maths physics, chemistry, general studies and mental ability.(boys only)
Apart from NDA,if you would do engineering(complete) in core branches like electrical, mechanical, civil,ECE, you would be able to directly apply for SSSC TECH and be called for 5 interview.
Also UPSC CDS is another exam after your graduation which would be giving you officer level entry into the armed services.
Though you have opportunities in medical field to get into armed servies,it is better to choose PCM and do engineering if you really want to get into armed services. You would have many opportunities here.
