Hello Harsh, After completing Engineering in EnTC you can make career in IT Industry, you can fine following options as career

Embedded Systems

IOT

Robotics

Digital image processing

Rather than this if you want to go for other technologies in IT feild then you can go for the certification in any of IT related cource like C, C++, JAVA, .NET or salseforce Development Or other Network based certification.
