For getting seat through 15% all India quota your Neet score should be higher than the score to get seat in under 85% state quota. You should score 80-100 Marks more for AIQ. Suppose you got 520 marks being UR then you'll get seat under state quota but to get seat under AIQ you should score 610+ marks.
