Hello Aditi,
CBSE do not allow someone to fill the form twice with same information , same photo, same thumb print . They have clearly mention at their offical site that one can fill one for with one info . A candidate can form a single form. In your case as you mention that you have two filled forms .So go with one form and do your exam and left the another one as it is .May you go on safe side and get a proper result.
On the other hand you may go for the help box section of the organiser may they cancel you 2nd form and make the first one the only form that will be applicable.
