by mistake submitted wrongly filled application in neet phase2 registration.will it effects my chances

You need not worry about the same. The last date to fill the Phase 2 application form of NEET 2021 exam is October 10 and simultaneously any corrections for phase 1 can also be made. So by following the trends of phase 1 it is expected that the national testing agency would open the correction window for phase 2 after the last date for a brief period or like now after the conclusion of phase 2.
