Many state level and central level exams are conducted for taking admission in engineering.For example-JEE Main,VITEEE,BITSAT,WBJEE etc.You have to apply for these exams and have to qualify for taking admission in this course.Many private colleges took admission on the basis of 12th board marks so you can also apply if you have good marks in 12th.
