The Joint Entrance Exam (Main) is a national entrance exam used to facilitate admission to undergraduate courses offered by various government and private engineering institutes in India. The exam is administered by the NTA, which is also in charge of issuing application forms, admit cards, and declaring results.
No, you cannot give JEE mains exam after the 11th.
Candidates must be Indian citizens. Foreign nationals, as well as NRIs, PIOs, and OCIs, are eligible to apply.
The exam will be held twice a year, for a total of six attempts per candidate.
For admission to IITs, NITs, IIITs, and other CFTIs, students in the general category must have obtained a minimum of 75% in their class, 12th board exams or rank in the top 20%ile in their qualifying examination.
