Hello there. As per the guidelines since their is no she restriction for admission, so you can give the exam for admission but you will need to fulfill the criteria which is 60% in +2. If you satisfy the criteria you can give the exam.

Bhaiya maine 2019me 12th ki thi to kya mai 2023 me UGEE ka exam de sakta hoon....... Mere 12th me 63.8% marks... Hain
