Yes, you can appear for JEE Mains in the next year also. Actually, you can have almost three attempts of JEE Main exams starting from the year you give your boards examination up to two more consecutive years.
Therefore in next year, it's going to be last opportunity for you.

I have attempted two times Jee mains in 2019 ...can i attempt both the jee mains exams of 2020 ?

Yes you can attempt both the JEE Mains in 2019.Originally every candidate has a maximum of three attempts for JEE Main. Candidates can appear twice for the entrance test in a year. So this is used in correlation with the original number of attempts, from 2019 onwards, JEE Main number of attempts in total will be six.
A correction, it should be 2020 rather than 2019.Sorry for the inconvenience.
