can a Computer science engineering student apply for AFCAT and CDS for air force and navy exam

For AFCAT exam the educational qualification for flying branch is given below:
Candidates must have obtained a minimum of 60% marks in both mathematics and physics in class 12. They must have hold any one of the following
-
Bachelor’s degree (3 years) in any discipline from a recognised university.
Or
-
B.Tech/B.E. degree with a minimum of 60% from a recognised university.
Or
-
Qualification in section A and B exam of Associate Membership of the Institution of Engineers (India)/ Aeronautical Society of India with minimum 60% from a recognised university.

Now coming to CDS the educational qualification has been listed below:
