Yes definitely a computer science student can do MBA.All you need is bachelor's degree from well recognised UNIVERSITY.You can do MBA after btech,bca,..and other bachelor's degree in computer science.

In order to take admission in MBA programmes you should have completed your bachelor's degree by a recognised university.
