D- Pharm is a Diploma course in Pharmacy that Unfortunately does not make you eligible to sit for NEET after that because of the eligibility guidelines. There is also no code for D Pharma students Which poses another Issue which confirms that you cannot sit for NEET, sorry.

Unfortunately that is also not possible because you are no longer an 'undergraduate'. Once you have completed your diploma in pharmacy you can look at Other options to further better your skill set.
You can check out Pharma vigilance, clinical data management, medical underwriting, drug inspection, etc. as some of the Pharmacy job options for qualified students.
