Hello student,

AISTE is a merit-based nationwide education and scholarship test program, to help students, who face difficulties in their education due to financial constraints. The eligibility criteria for this examination is that the student should belong to class 4th,5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th, from any Board in India.

Thus, I believe it is not applicable for students who are droppers after 12th.

Hope you find this information useful.
