Hello,
Yes you are eligible for NEST 2021 candidates belonging to General / OBC category must be born on or after August 1, 2001. The candidates belonging to the reserved categories such as SC/ ST/ PwD category will get a relaxation of maximum five years. Candidates must also have passed the last qualifying examination in the years 2019 or 2020 to be eligible. So if you have qualified your 10+2 level in the 2019 you will be eligible for NEST 2021.
