hi !!

this is not possible until unless you are studying in the same university oer want to study in the other college of the same university, otherwise this is next to impossible.

Hello,

No he cannot as every University has different circulum of education so while changing the university you are not following the same syllabus so you will be dropped down to the first year even if you are in 2nd year
