Hello student,
Definitely a girl can get admission in B.Com (hons) with 65% in 10+2 from ISC. The basic requirement for pursuing B.Com (hons) is that the candidate must have passed 10+2 examination with a minimum of 55% in aggregate, and Maths as a compulsory subject along with other Commerce subjects. She can't get admission in DU, but forsure she can go for private colleges like Amity, Galgotia, Sharda, etc.
