Can a government employee take admission in any college for private bachelor degree??

Yes, you can study and work at the same time.There are many colleges which offer distance or correspondence education.You may have to search for such colleges according to the course you want to study and various other things.You may have to inform about this to your organisation or firm you are working for if necessary.
