can a lawyer practice in hindi in Delhi district courts?

Although this is a general fact yet please be informed that the district courts face issues of the people who belong to the districts and not metropolitan cities and thus it is expected that they aren't supposed to be very good or frivolous in their English vocabulary and thus it is evident that the language preferred in these courts for various trials and proceedings is by default Hindi and not only that, the Constitution of India states that the national language be given the first preference in government and judiciary proceedings.
