Dear Nishu, this is a question that has many probabilities. Say you have studied MBA, and there are openings that suit your candidature. You can certainly apply and if qualified, you can get a job. For example, Bank PO, Civils and other exams need basic eligibility criteria as Bachelor's degree. But with your MBA, you can still appear and if you qualify, you still get a government job. With too many Government streams and departments, it is difficult to state where you might get an opporyltunity, but with MBA as your qualification, you can certainly ty for a Government job.
