Yes, ofcourse a student with pcb can go for management. There are many students who after doing medicine in graduation or even after clearing hsc change their career paths towards management. You can pursue bba/bms/ba hons/b.com/b.com hons/etc are the Management degrees that you can go for from a top institue or even after doing medicine (mbbs/etc) in graduation, you can opt for management programs like mba/pgdm in any specialisation of your choice but the only highlight here is you need to give a proper explanation and justification for the reason of change in your career as the top institue interviewers ask them.

You can also opt for mba/pgdm in management of healthcare as it will keep both of your interests: management and healthcare.
