can a student apply for dominciel in delhi if he had done only class 11th and 12th from delhi and 10th from other state

Yes you can apply for a domicile though you studied your 10th class in other state. To avail a domicile you just need to showcase some proofs such as birth certificate (age proof) and documents telling that you belong to that state (adress proof).
