Can a student having PCB in 12th give SAT exam?

Yes,  you can take the test without any doubt.  If you have enough confidence on English and maths.  You can easily crack that.

SAT Can be given by any stream student. It consists of two tests one general sat and another sat subject test the general sat consists of two parts one english and other maths of class 10th level and according  to me maths is compulsory  subject in all boardstill 10th so you must have the knowledge of class 10th maths and English ofcourse is a compulsory subject till class 12th. The sat subject is taken of any subject which you are studying in your present stream.
