Hello. Yes a student of Rajasthan or any other state can apply for IPU CET 2019. But the eligibility criteria of passing 10+2 with an aggregate of 55% in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics from a recognized central or state board must be fulfilled. Also the candidate has to pass in each of these three subjects individually. The candidates appearing in class 12 for 2019 can also apply provided they must fulfill the eligibility criteria later.
