Hello shivani,

As you should know that CBSE does not declare anyone as CBSE topper.

The media does it for the shake of view or creating news or we can say to fill the empty column of thier newspaper.

So if you manage to get the highest marks then media will consider you as a topper as well.

Hi will there be a change in the eligibility criteria to iits? as cbse boards are giving marks based on internals and if the improvement exam results come out after jee counselling session ,we will end up losing a year(many students may not meet the 75 %criteria if board marks arebased on internals)
