Yes,

If you're a Foreign National, you don't even need to appear for JEE MAINS, you can directly appear for JEE ADVANCED.

If you're a NRI-

The Candidate must have completed his/ her 12th or equivalent exam.

2. The Candidate must have Physics, English, Chemistry, and Physics as their main papers.

3. The Candidate must have secured 75 percent in 12 if the Candidate belongs to general category and 65 percent if the Candidate is from SC/ST category.

If you're OIC/PIO Candidate

You can't take admission under General quota.

You can't avail the reservation facility even if your parents belongs to SC/ST category.

For NEET

Yes, you can write NEET as well. Have a look at the basic eligibility criterias

1. NRIs, PIOs, OCIs and Foreign Nationals are eligible to apply.

2. The Candidate must have completed 17 years before 31st December, 2020.

3. Must have chosen PCB as main subjects

4. Minimum percentage is 50.

However, NEET don't have any centres outside India. There is no NRI quota in NEET.
