There is no restriction for a Tamil Nadu student on pursuing a course in Andhra/ Telangana. The admission is college specific. You should check the college policy in which you are willing to take admission to know about the complete admission process. However, due to this covid pandemic, some colleges are accepting admissions on the basis of board percentage marks. And some colleges have their own way of taking admissions. So, go through the website of the college you are willing to take admission into.
