For getting into Shiv Nadar University you need to pass your 10+2 board examinations in MPC with the minimum aggregate of 50% of marks and you need to have JEE MAINS score card which is valid and for admission you need to attend for two exams conducted by the university for Undergraduate courses which are SUNSAT which is for a duration of two hours and the questions in this Exam is on the topics Quantitative ability, verbal reasoning, essay and abstract reasoning and another exam is APT which is for a duration of one hour and this exam is for admission of candidates in various courses.

Yes ,all people can apply for Shiv Nadar university ,but there is some criteria for taking admission so,you have to follow this criteria.Shiv Nadar university offer international,Undergraduate,Graduate course offered.
But as per quarry not mentioned which courses you interested to take admission.So it will difficult to answer for the same.
