Hi dear candidate,

Since, the students of both the states (AP and TS) are considered locals even after the bifurcation of the two states. Yes, Andhra students can appear for TS EAMCET exam and get admission in colleges of Telangana. However, AP students may NOT get the fees reimbursement benefits.
