Can any college will give me admission not on the basis of neet for applying for Ms ?

Krishna, by MS if you meant Masters in Surgery after MBBS, NEET PG is the entrance examination. NEET is the entrance examination for MBBS, BDS, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India as Ubdergraduate courses. But MS is a Post Graduate degree done after MBBS. For this NEET PG is the only entrance examination and this is across Medical Colleges across India. So just to answer your question without NEET PG, you cannot take admission in MS. But by MS if you meant anything else, ease do let us know.
