can any one share the fee structure of ..of IIM ..if we get 99percentile ....how much fee we have to pay

The total fees that is to be paid by the student in  IIM  for the MBA program ranges between Rs 10 lakh to 23 lakh for its complete course.

The top three IIM fees i.e. Ahmedabad, Bangalore, and Calcutta are the highest which is Rs 23 lakh . However, the newer IIM MBA fees structure for MBA is under Rs 12 lakh.

------The admission in IIMs is granted on the basis of the Common Aptitude Test (CAT) which is a national-level management entrance exam, held once a year.
