Can anybody prepare for upsc after joining nit in cse or mechanical engineering I mean that did anyone get enough timeor curriculumis hectic

If you manage your time then you can definitely prepare for UPSC along with your academics.It will be beneficial if you start your preparation from 2nd year.As it will take time for you to adjust around new people and new college.Once you are settled, prepare a timetable and prioritise your works.It won't be a burden for as days pass by.At the end of final year you will have enough time to revise, practice and give mock tests.If you spend your time accordingly for the right work in the right place.
Make sure that you give equal time for your preparation and academics.Do not do anything to the extremes.Have time for yourself too.Be flexible to change accordingly.You will be definitely able to manage both.
