can anyone from obc category get into good branch of iit in 14000 rank 2019.

If you tell your category rank, you can get a better picture. However, by the scheme of things, it seems if you want to get a good branch in an IIT, you have to sacrifice getting into the old IITs like IIT KHARAGPUR, IIT ROORKEE, IIT BHU. You can get decent branches in newer IITs. All the best.
