Hey! You percentile is not so good but not bad either. So if you see by your percentile then approximately your rank will be one lakh and some thousands which is not that good a score. You might not get that good government colleges at this score , though you'll be able to get into Thapar University, Galgotias etc. Hope this answer helped.

Congralutions on scoring 87% in jee main. You cannot get admission in NIT colleges. You can try applying for IIIT colleges. Also various college such as BITS, MIIT, SCIT, Amity university, Thapar university and many others accept jee main percentile for admission. You can also write entrance test to get admission in colleges such as RV, KIIT, VIT and so on.
