Hello Aspirant,
It will be really easy for us if you kindly mention your area of interest because in general this topic is quite vaste to tell you.
Usually the state as well as central universities releases their application form for the traditional courses like BA, BSC after the results for 12th comes out. But some universities conduct entrances for BCOM as well, they will be out anytime soon.
Basically, whichever university conducts entrances for their respective courses they will be out within march otherwise like DU releases its application form only after CBSE declares its results.
