Dear aspirant,
According to your question you said that if you gave jee mains February attempt in general category ,then you won't be able to attempt in march session through EWS category as your first attempt category shall be final.
But maybe they can give you option to edit your category but there is approximately 50-50 chances of this and so it is safer to give your actual category in your first attempt.
