Can board result help to get admission in iit as I saw some post asking top twenty percentile of board n how to apply

I think that board results will  show any difference in your score hat gets you IIT  Even the jee mains will not have a weightage of the board marks.

So I can assure you that you may not find impact of your board marks on you getting an IIT seat

Hiii dear!!!! Your board result will decide whether you are eligible to get admission in any IIT or not. You need to have a minimum score of 75% aggregate in your boards or you should be in the top 20 percentile but all these along with the qualifying marks required in JEE advanced. IF any one is Miss you won't get admission.
