Can counselling round move up to ranks above 3000 as it was last year

Thanks for approaching us. Counselling sessions depend on the scores obtained by the test takers; therefore it is quite an unpredictable factor. It might move up to 3000+ ranks, can be less or can be much more. Did you see the 1st admission list published by Delhi University which was released on July 12, 2018?
