No , those who are in still in class 11 are not eligible for neet examination and thus, you cannot write neet examination.
This is because you don't fulfil the neet eligibility criteria provided below :-

This is because you don't fulfil the neet eligibility criteria provided below :-
- To be eligible you should be either appearing for class 12th examination or should have passed it with a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories , 45 % aggregate in pcb for pwd category.
- Also to be eligible for Neet 2020 you need to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December , 2020 .
