Can final year students apply for SSC JE 2019 ?

Dear Ananda, you haven't mentioned for which post were you enquiring about. However the official website states that you should have passed your Diploma to be eligible for SSC JE. It also mentions that Final year students are not eligible. So if you still haven't finished your Diploma, unfortunately you do not qualify.
