Hello there,

Private medical colleges do not come under All India Quota. The 15% AIQ is only for Government Colleges.

However, their seats do come under 85% state quota of which the student has a domicile. And if the seats do not fill by the counselling conducted by the state government, then the particular college call students for mop up.
