Hello,

Yes it is possible.

Steps :

Website in which you have to go to Login through your enrollment no : (official website of GTU:- https ://www.student.gtu.ac.in)
Check all the details in Home Page
Click on Certificate Request option in the navigation bar and fill in all the details.

Done!!!
