With 33 percentile in JEE ,you did not qualify the examination. Hence you can opt for taking admissions in the top private engineering colleges like bits pilani, Hyderabad , etc or vit, Vellore by giving their entrance tests . You can also join rather , any private engineering college in the state for just achieving a B.Tech degree.
