can i able to apply for neet with bsc[PCM]

hope you are doing absolutely fine

No ! you cant. Biology is the main subject for NEET entrance exam. I f you have studies biology in 10 + 2  then it is possible. Here is the eligibility criteria for NEET-

• Candidate must secure minimum of 50% aggregate in 10 + 2 higher secondary education from a recognized college/ university.

• The subjects in 10 + 2 higher secondary must be physics, chemistry and biology as the core subjects.

It's completely ok even if you have passed your BSc with PCM but what subjects did you have in your class 12th?

Even if you are a BSc PCM graduate you are still eligible for Neet examination provided you must have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-

----------) at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology  in 12th examination  if belongs to general category

----------) at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc/St

----------) at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.

So, to fulfill this criteria then you are eligible for Neet exam.

Also,

* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021

* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021

* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.

If I tell you about neet codes while filling the form you need to select the code 6 being a BSc PC M graduate as

code 6 is for all those students who have passed  BSc  with at least any two of following subjects :-
